The CNIS plans two workshops a year in Mozambique, one for medical students and the other for technicians or nurses. This will involve facilitation by Dr. Stephen Foster. Dr. Foster a former CNIS board member will be based in Angola. In this proposal the work will progress from the continuity phase to complete independence. The nursing course is already being done independently in Mozambique.
