CNIS Institutional Assessment Report – Spring 2008
As requested by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), Duska-Anema Development Associates (DADA) of Vancouver, BC did an external evaluation of CNIS during 2007.
A two-person team undertook an organizational assessment of CNIS during the period of November 2007 to February 2008. The assessment involved on-site interviews in Canada at CNIS headquarters, as well as field trips to CNIS operations in Africa, including Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda.
